We make loads of fishing accessories, including alot of 7Seas boats, hats, fish, etc. Many of these items are easily used with FISH HUNT rods as well - some aren't. We were asked to make some FISH HUNT specific toys.
So we made some FISH HUNT specific toys!
You may notice there aren't alot of FISH HUNT products out there besides those made by the FISH HUNT folks. The reason is because although it is an excellent and fun fishing system the animations they use make it difficult to develop overrides. We've developed a bit of a work around and decided to give you the opportunity to share in this fun with us.
You get TWO piers: The Basic one works best with your Beginner's Rod. The one with the Override was designed primarily with the Pro and Deluxe rods in mind. The Override model has a Wingsong animation take over the animation system altogether and is embedded with a very realistic casting animation that is NOT synchronized with the rod.
The Wingsong FH Fishing Pier ADD is a small, portable pier that adds another layer of fun to your FISH HUNT fishing time. The animation system and flotation engine works seamlessly with your FISH HUNT rod.
You can also use it as a stand alone boat.
FEATURES and HOW TO USE
1 - Remove or disable other Animation Overrides. This is not ALWAYS necessary but it sometimes is. If you experience any flailing of arms, it is because you've got on a conflicting AO.
2 - ADD your Fish Hunt rod and then your pier. Move using normal movement keys.
3 - Your pier is installed with a bonafide boat engine, you will not sink - ever. Never. Not in a million years!
Unless you try to float on artificial water. Boat engines do not generally recognize man made water and being based on real PHYSICS they are not fooled. So - make sure you find some natural water ways for this baby - or you'll be SINKING.
4 - Touch the deck of your pier to access a menu of 3 relaxing audio loops (a ship, water, and surf).
5 - Your pier is embedded with a simple but realistic animation system, using only original Wingsong animation. As I alluded to before, the onboard animations of the FISH HUNT rod makes it pretty challenging to introduce additional animations in the mix, but by careful, meticulous design (or, more accurately, alot of tedious trial and error!), Two separate crews at the Wingsong Dojo and a small array of faithful, committed volunteers were able to hone into an animation system that works seamlessly with the FISH HUNT rod.
5 - Touch your park bench for a convenient onboard texture changer.
6 - Click the space just under your lamp to turn your ambient light on and off.
BONUS
If you want to use this pier for stand alone, non tournament fishing, I've included a FREE Wingsong Cane Pole. It's got a great flexi line. Click on the pole for a menu of 4 gentle ambient audio loops.
For even MORE fun, get ahold of our Wingsong Navigation HUD (sold separately at our Marketplace store). This HUD, among other things, allows you to set your speed and cruise control, freeing up your hands. I seldom leave home with my Wingsong Navigation HUD.
