Wingsong Reading Room - Outhouse Motiif Boat WEAR Box

The Wingsong line of Reading Room Outhouse Motifs are not new to the grid - we've had them around awhile. They are among our most amusing "novelty" items. We make a WEAR version and a REZ version. So - why another one?

Well, simple. Because we have way too much time on our hands. And because we wanted to have an outhouse that has a boat engine. But just because it's designed primarily for boating doesn't mean it can't go anywhere smoothly! So you can fly in it comfortably, you can walk down the road in it, you can ride a train in it. Heck, you can take it dancing if you want - but you might be asked to leave some of the ritzier joints.

Note that this is an attachment; no passengers allowed. But who the heck wants passengers with them in an outhouse?

OK. Granted, this Reading Room isn't REALLY an outhouse. I'm too much of a prude for that. No. It really IS a reading room, and comes with two books (Winnie the Pooh and Dante's Divine Comedy). Excellent sound of the ocean surf when you touch the door. Nice book shelf. Old catalog hanging on the wall. Authentic half moon door. The underpants flap in the breeze a little. Aged oak siding and seat. Working bald yellow light bulb that illuminates when you touch it.

I know. Most outhouses wouldn't have a light bulb. But you know us at the Wingsong Dojo - we got CLASS!!!!

Not really. In fact, with this edition of the Wingsong Reading Room - Outhouse Motif Boat WEAR I am reduced to engaging in bathroom humor. I am sinking so low in the pursuit of commercial success that I have included an authentic, dare I say "juicy" sound effect - touch the shorts that are flapping in the wind on the pole to see what I mean.

I am so ashamed of myself.

But not so ashamed as to not do it!

And in the interest of fair advertising I must tell you - the floor of your out house leaks - really bad. No fear of sinking, mind you. This is - and I so hate to admit this to you - deliberate. I'm from Kentucky. I know my outhouse lore. I know that right many outhouses do leak. Probably not this bad. But not that many outhouses have been converted to boats.

Anyway - don't wear your good shoes.
