Wingsong KID Exploring Set Box

The Wingsong KID Exploring Set is designed specifically for KID avatars ages 6 through 16. It can easily be resized to fit virtually any human sized avatar.

You get the following items in this package:
(1) Wingsong KID Backpack (Exploring)
(2) Wingsong KID Pith Helmet
(3) Wingsong KID Donkey Companion (Exploring)
(4) Wingsong KID Flashlight (right hand)
(5) Wingsong KID Flashlight (backpack)
(5) Wingsong Pickaxe

You get THREE backpacks in this package:
(1) Child (6 - 9 years old; 4.5 feet tall)
(2) Tween (10 - 12 years old; 5 feet tall)
(3) Teen (13 - 16 years old; 6 feet tall)

Have you noticed how few items there are (except clothing!) available to the child avatars? Because we at the Wingsong Dojo love to PLAY, this disturbed us. So - we had to do something.

FEATURES and HOW TO USE the Backpack

1 - ADD your Wingsong KID Backpack. Adjust as necessary using the EDIT tool. VERY easy.

2 - Click on the main body of your backpack for a menu with 9 different backpack choices.

3 - Change the accent colors on the backpack by typing /55 abc in local chat (where "abc" = the color of your choice. Here are the possibilities:

The following colors are loaded: black, white, grey, light grey, dark grey, cream, dark red, red, light yellow, yellow, dark yellow, light green, green, dark green, cyan, turquoise, teal, light blue, blue, dark blue, light purple, purple, dark purple, indigo, orange, brown, dark brown, pink, dark pink, and olive.

To change your color type "/55 color" in the local chat window, without quotes and where "color" is the color of your choice.

SO - if you want your accents to be black you'd write "/55 black" in the local chat window (without the quote marks).

FEATURES and HOW TO USE Wingsong KID Pith Helmet

1 - ADD your helmet from your inventory.

2 - Click the dome of the helmet to select wild animal sound clips. We've preinstalled 9 for you; add more by dragging your own sound clips from your inventory to the Content Tab of the dome.

FEATURES and HOW TO USE Wingsong KID Donkey Companion (Exploring)

1 - ADD your donkey from your inventory. Adjust as necessary using your MOVE arrow keys in your EDIT tool. Move using your normal movement keys.

2 - His ears rotate and his eyes blink/wink, giving him alot of facial expressiveness. His tail and mane are flexied for additional animation. His legs move when he walks and runs.

3 - Your donkey has three audio systems. He automatically brays every four to six minutes; touch his neck to toggle this feature on and off. Touch his right hip for a menu of donkey sounds. (There are only two installed; add more from your inventory by dragging up to a total of 22 sound files from your inventory into the hip's Content Tab.) You also hear faint hooves when you walk, and more intense hooves when you run.

4 - He kicks up a little trail dust when he walks.

NOTE: If you choose to link anything to your donkey, always link your accessories first, keeping your original donkey as the root.

FEATURES and HOW TO USE Wingsong KID Flashlight

1 - ADD either (or both) flashlight from your inventory. Adjust if you need to using the MOVE arrow keys in your EDIT tool.

2 - One flashlight attaches to your right hand and animates into a simple holding it out as you walk. The other attaches to your backpack.

3 - To turn on your light click in the space right in front of the lamp.

It's nonanimated and not scripted. So just ADD it from your inventory to hold, or REZ it out as a prop.
