Just ADD from your inventory.

Touch his body to make his squeak. When finished, DETACH and he scurries back into your inventory.

His eyes blink and his long tail is flexi so it wiggles as he moves with you. I have him attached by default to the right eye, so he moves more than if he's attached to your shoulder, but you can attach him anywhere you like.
