The Wingsong Rubber Duck ADD is one of our ANIMATED critters. He's a wearable attachment, so he goes everywhere you go and he does not support passengers.
We've been making rubber ducks awhile here at the Wingsong Dojo. We have a LONG history of rubber duck mania; our real life pond has a mess of them!
You've possibly seen our Wingsong Rubber Duck Companion that walks or swims beside you while you travel - has a wired in AO system that lets you go swimming either on the surface or below, or float, or just act goofy?
Perhaps you've seen our REZ version, the Wingsong Roaming Rubber Duck MultiSit, with the duck swimming in its own duck pond? The one that you can sit on and swim along beside? I love that thing!
Maybe you've enjoyed taking some shots at one of our evil rubber ducks with our squirt gun? That's pretty fun!
Or what about our Wingsong Rubber Duck Shoulder Buddy? Adorable little critter!
Before we retired it you might have seen the giant rubber duck boat which looked - pathetic. Drove nice, had a nice little boat engine, but it looked - pathetic. So we retired it to the Happy Useless Ducks' Home.
All of these other ducks (except that big ugly one) live in a flock in our inventory and are available separately at our Marketplace store (keyword: duck). The Wingsong Rubber Duck ADD looks alot like most of these other ducks (except that ugly one...).
FEATURES and HOW TO USE
1 - Disable or remove other AO's. ADD your Wingsong Rubber Duck ADD. Move using normal movement keys.
2 - Your duck floats on natural water. Your feet will dangle in the water a little. In my experience one's feet nearly always dangle in the water a little when riding a rubber duck.
3 - The Wingsong Rubber Duck ADD sports an excellent streamlined animation system, including original Wingsong animation and finely tuned coding. You'll have a slight bounce on the waves - just enough to enjoy the realism but not enough to make you sea sick.
4 - We've included a nice little audio system. Your duck will quack every 5 to 7 minutes. You can turn this off by touching its body. You can also toggle a gentle surf sound on and off by touching its bill. To hear your duck quack on command touch its head.
5 - Its eyes wink/blink and rotate a bit, giving it a special charm and about as much facial expression as a rubber duck can muster up. Rubber Ducks, as you may know, are not known for their ability to communicate their feelings on their faces.
6 - Your duck hosts two nicely modeled original Wingsong sculpties for the body and the bill, giving it a very authentic yet unique look among the world of rubber ducks.
7 - While the Wingsong Rubber Duck ADD was designed to be ridden on any natural linden water, you can also ride it on land as well - you'll appear to be floating a little above the ground.
8 - When finished, DETACH and your rubber duck swims through the sea of items the are stuffing your inventory to the absolute brim.
