[Wishbox] Tambourine Hat! - Gypsy Accessory with Flowers

For the joyful gypsy, playful child or curious fae. Inspired by a RL friend with a bohemian style who once put a tambourine on her head. Adorned with lilies and ribbons. This will of course need positioning and rotating depending on what hair you wear it with.
