Live under a hill - literally!
The Underhill II is bigger then the first, comes with a spacious living area, a side bedroom, two fireplaces, an entrance room that can change its function, large windows with patio door, lots of lovely detailing like the raw wood shelving, high ceilings and original textures with normals and specular for great realism.
Patio stones mesh included to help you create that special space outside!

Although the images show the Underhill as it could look furnished, it does not come with these lovely products inside. I use a photographer to assist me in my marketing of my products, and the propose is show you how wonderfully cozy it can look. the Underhill only comes with what is listed above.

I actually bought the kitchen insert unit, for another build I was working on... I never even know about the hobbit hole build until then! I loved the kitchen unit so much, I then came back and got the Underhill II as well as the shelves insert, and put them up as rental units on my fantasy RP sim :) :)

I builded my dream of living with this beautiful Underhill-House! Really great work with best quality of mesh, textures and everything. After I bought it, I had a question to the builder. The response was quick and the solution was top.
