My error - no copy no mod. Looks too bright for the environment I wanted it for..and considering it one textured prim, I'm not sure why it can't be copy/mod - or cheaper! So, it can't be altered to fit a specific place and cannot be toned to an environment. Still, my bad didn't read properly.
