DESCRIPTION:
The most versatile mesh cave kit in Second Life bar none! No more stupid sculpties with bounding box issues and invisi-prims everywhere.
This set uses seamless textures and materials, meaning you are free to change the textures to suit your individual needs!
These kits are designed to be stylish, beautiful and totally modular. Combine the pieces into any number of variations and get great results every time. The pieces are multi-part and visible from only one side. They are designed to be terraformed into the ground, or placed up in the air like a skybox. My store is full of great landscaping items that will help you achieve this.
The kit is only recommended for experienced builders. Beginners will probably struggle a bit.
The pieces in this set come at what I believe should be the smallest possible size. It will be a squeeze for a 6 foot avi to get through the door. With this kit, the PE actually goes DOWN as you scale up. Once you reach around 12m tall, the PE will start to go back up again, but I cant picture anyone ever needing a cave that big. If your one of those übersized dragons then sorry your out of luck =P If you need them at super-size IM me and I will see what can be done.
Comes boxed with a selection of textures perfect for the models.

THIS IS THE FULL PERM EDITION!!
Pretty, but not geologically realistic
Glad I only bought this one item. I wanted to see them in world within SL, but that isn't the case. The pictures are vague, and rezzing the modules confirmed my suspicions. A demo is available upon request.
These look good as individual pieces, and the texture detail is high. In the dark, they look fantastic!
There is a tips card included which will confirm negative aspects about the modules. Wail in despair! The notecard is from 2013, so that was the last update.
The modules are linked mesh which means you can stretch them, but not input a specific size.
They are not squared. You can't snap them together on a grid. You will need to finesse them together which is a major pain. Once you stretch them, you can forget even doing that with sanity. You will need to complete your build before stretching, and then link together big sections as you can. Mess up resizing and you'll likely need to start over.
Stalactites and stalagmites have not been placed with any thought to the geological process that created them, and if you move them, you'll have a hole in the mesh.
I'd advise throwing all your modules on the ground, stretching them as a group to your preferred size, then fitting them together. You can always duplicate modules as needed.
My avatar fell through an unseen gap in the module where the linked meshes fit together, or don't. You are advised to cover it with a rock.
A texture for ground, or ceiling is not included.
I wanted to like this product, and I had hopes upon purchase. Sadly, it's no better than anything else, and more difficult to fit together. Creators continue to make products while improving on the mistakes of others. It's been 4 years since an update. It may have been worthy of it's rating when it was first released.
