The first part in my Modular Mesh Room Series. This kit functions in much the same way as my cave kits, and customers familiar with those sets should find this no trouble. Look out for the Stone Dungeon and Crypt Sets...coming soon!
I call this kit the Cellar Set because to me it strongly suggests a dusty and forgotten old wine cellar in some old tavern or castle.
In reailty, this set can be used in a variety of ways, from creating basements and cellars to enclosed skyboxes and old school dungeon crawls. Dont settle for Kits with only 3-4 pieces to work with. My kits are the most versatile in Second Life!
using the Door dividers provided, you can connect this set with both the upcoming Crypt and Dungeon Sets. Though not directly compatible, a resourceful builder might even be able to connect these rooms to some caves.
In this set you get pieces to make both corridors and rooms.
As always, these pieces come with the finest seamless textures, allowing you to change and mix up the final look, easily matching the set to your style.

TIPS!
- The T-Junction and 4 way section of the corridor can be used to form a second style of room with wooden columns in the middle of the floorspace.
- The Walls of the Room Corner and Room Wall can be removed, allowing you to create entrance/exit points where you want.
- Once you have created your rooms, you will want to remove the floor parts of each piece and rez your own prim floor. You CAN use the floors provided, but you will have more control over floor elevation and save some prims if you follow this tip.
- Where corridors meet rooms, it is always advisable to use the Door Jamb piece, due to the celling beams not quite aligning. You can make it work, but its tricky.
Honest reviews are very much appreciated!
Land Impact too high
I don't like to leave negative reviews but there was nothing I could do with my purchase. The total prim count was far too high before I was even finished putting together a small sized cellar :(
Look good, but...
The pieces don't snap together when aligning to grid, sadly. Please fix ! :o
Well built and a great idea!
Since most dungeons and basements and cellars on SL are primarily "as is", the idea to make a modular version decorators can use to build their own is brilliant.
Also, the modules are well thought out and easy to combine.
Well done and recommendable!
Good kit!
Was a good kit, great for making a nice grimy basement.
Will probably use it in part of a dungeon thing I'm working on.
