How it works?
You'll get 2 prims. One you put it on the street and set the name to the maximum speed allowed, and the other one you put it over a computer at your police station or wherever you want.
It detects and shows on the computer prim the last 5 entries

It is possible to delete entries by touching the computer object.
It's group restricted. It means it only works to the group in which it's set
