ok i love all the textures and they rezz so perfectly , i have now purchased 4 of the homes from MB designs and they all nice but dont be fooled, the beds have no menu expet 2 options to sit, and some of the chair menus make your avi stare into the wall and it cant be changed - the furniture although nice to look at all have the same sit menus so if you are looking for menu options with out having to replace all the furniture then purchase the unfurnished homes - they all seem to have nice layouts but a tad high on the prims
I am consdiering running a rental property so these homes are going to sit in my inventory for now, they will be great for what i need, however I normally buy from INSIDE studio - cant beat the price, quality and menu's.
