Too the tranquil waterfalls ur sure to get hours of entertaining delights from this village. it has two row shops each shop divide into two builds right & left sides of the street four shops total A tea house a side garden for those zen moments , & a delightful pavillion for social moments.

ok so excuse me
i bought this a little less than a year ago after having it in my 'sim planning wishlist' for a long time before then. and it was one of my favorite builds on my sim, despite being like half made of prims and sculptys!
but then... i got an email of an update. and i saw the pictures and LOST MY MIND.
i thought it looked good before but the new update? HOLY MOLY IT BLEW ME AWAY. ITS SO PRETTY.
and it's (pretty much) ALL MOD, which is super important to me since i have this positioned in a snowy area and would benefit from being able to change the ground texture, etc
only downside is things out of the builders control, which are the LODs of the mesh plants. i run with a LOD factor of 2 and they like to disappear - which is common with many fullperm/builder tool mesh plants so i cant blame the builder. they can be unlinked and replaced anyways :p
also the upper floors being inaccessible with a teleporter might be a negative for some but imo i love it. less spaces i feel obligated to decorate
tldr; well worth the price , even with the increase from the update *w*

so far I am satisfied with the good piece, only the accessories are unfortunately a bit older so not measured but that doesn't matter, I'll replace them with nicer decorations when the time comes

This is simply an amazing build and well worth it if you have the available space. The creator has an amazing imagination, serious set of skills, and is a genuinely pleasant person. Very quick to respond to any issues, and more than happy to help resolve them.
