They advertise that the shape is included. It is not.

I recently purchased a skin from your company that was advertised as including a shape. However, upon receiving the skin, I discovered that the shape was not included. I contacted the creator via Instagram to inquire about this discrepancy, and I received the attached screenshot in response. I would like to clarify that I am not requesting a refund, but rather simply requesting the shape that was advertised with the skin. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

As of the time of writing this message, I have not received a response to my inquiry despite several hours having passed. I am usually not the type to write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this instance in order to ensure that I receive what I paid for.
