The building is 100% mesh with an excellent draw distance so looks great at nearly all distances and at only 3Li allows you to fill it with more of your own decorations and furniture.

The textures are high quality and have been fully baked giving the loft a super realistic and high quality look and feel.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no steps going from the ground to the upper level.
