This is a cute outfit for 25L. However, it does not come with the wings. The skirt isnt flexi and is a bit stiff, but still this is very cute for the price. The pale blue color is lovely with a soft glow, that isnt too garish or cartoonish. It's sexy for a petite without being slutty which is nice. :)
