The Boleyn, a tudor cottage from ANTIQUE ARTISTRY is a beautiful tudor house. Rustic and warm, but still feminine and homey. It will fit well in every thing from victorian lands to vampire and elven fairy worlds. It measures 30meters wide, by 29 deep, by 18meters high. It features three full floors of living space. Every texture is custom or customized for this home...with rich baked in shadowing. All windows are open close at a touch, doors are locking. There are many many photos attached, so please be sure and take a look.
Home is fully mod copy with the exception of some accessories. 181prims plus 24 for full kitchen furniture

Partial Mesh construction has reduced this house's LI to only 97! It is linked as one object, so set up is easy -- you just drag the cottage from inventory onto the ground, and then slide it into position using your edit tools.
