Gorgeous, but HUGE

I LOVE the texture on this item, would pay to get my hands on it. The item itself, however, is HUGE and, since it is no mod, there is no way I can use it, since it does not fit in my tiny in-world studio. I suspect the builder made it no mod so that you one cannot remove the script which makes it available "for sale" at a click.....Sorry, but that just puts me off even more. Will steer clear of any other creations by this designer.
