===== WHAT THIS PRODUCT DOES -NOT- DO =====

• Renters CANNOT pay rent via paying this AdBoard/Pic. (This is a feature that many landlords ask for but I will NEVER implement for your own protection as well as mine. I will not put myself in a middle-man position that is liable for rental payment failures! Thank you for your understanding. • AdBoard/Pic cannot be synced across multiple Regions (a.k.a. sims) i.e. the AdBoard/Pic must be in the same region as the rental meter. However AdBoard/Pic does not have to be on the same parcel.
• AdBoard/Pic does not sync with S|_AVE rental meters, you must use the UUID of a master rental meter.

===== WHAT DOES THIS PRODUCT DO? =====

• Displays the profile picture of the Renter/Reserved user.
• Displays an online/offline indicator for the Renter/Reserved user (if using Online Status version.)
• Displays "Available for Rent" image if the unit is AVAILABLE.
• Displays "Locked" image if the unit is LOCKED.
• When touched by any avatar, AdBoard/Pic sends an instant message stating the cost per (timeframe chosen at setup), land impact allowance, and status of the unit (Available/Occupied/Reserved/Locked). If the unit is Occupied or Reserved, the IM includes the name (URI link) of the Renter/Reserved user.
• You may replace the "available" and "locked" textures in the object's inventory with your own, FULL-PERM textures. (Simply name your textures "available" and "locked" and be sure to delete/remove the default textures from the AdBoard/Pic's contents).

--- The following features are ADBOARD version ONLY ---

• Renter/Reserved user can change the image that appears on the AdBoard.
• Renter/Reserved user can add their own items to the board that the board will distribute to anyone who touches the board. (For your safety, it is not at all possible for Renters to add Scripts to the AdBoard.)
• Renter/Reserved user can Test deliver their items to themselves.

===== SETUP INSTRUCTIONS =====

1) Rez the AdBoard/Pic in the same Region (a.k.a. sim) as the master rental meter it will be synced with.

2) Copy the UUID of the CasperLet Rental Meter you want the AdBoard/Pic to sync with.

3) Paste the rental meter's UUID into the AdBoard/Pic's DESCRIPTION field.

4) Touch the AdBoard/Pic to sync.

5) Choose the rental payment timeframe to match your CasperLet rental settings. (Minute, Hourly, Weekly, Monthly, etc.)

===== FAQ =====

Q. The Online Status version is taking too long to switch statuses!
A. The online status version sends a request to check if the avatar is online/offline every 60 seconds, so please be patient.

Q. AdBoard/Pic is not syncing up with my rental meter at all!
A1. Please be sure that the UUID of the CasperLet rental meter is entered correctly in the DESCRIPTION of the AdBoard/Pic. Be sure you did not copy any leading or trailing spaces. Dashes are included in the UUID. Example: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
A2. AdBoard/Pic will NOT sync with the UUID of a CasperLet S|_AVE rental box or meter. Please find the UUID of the original/master rental meter or box even if you are using S|_AVES.
A3. Please be sure the AdBoard/Pic is in the same Region (a.k.a. sim) as the master rental meter.

Q. Can I put the "Choose Custom Prim Face#" script inside the Rental Meter itself?
A. No, because CasperLet uses item object descriptions for their own data purposes and this would cause communication conflict with your actual rental system.
