This is an animation file with absolutely no animation.
What could something like this be useful for?
One very good use case is to put an end to annoying "Could not find animation" script errors. Simply rename this animation to the name that cannot be found, and add it into the HUD or object that is giving the error.
For example: The OpenPony Expressions HUD is notorious for suddenly throwing errors that say " Could not find animation 'browsL' " or " Could not find animation 'mouth' ". Make a couple copies of this animation, rename them to browsL and mouth, and drag them into your Expressions HUD. You should no longer have those errors constantly popping up.
You may not be able to use this fix if the HUD or object that has the error is No Modify, which would not let you add in the animations.
