Changes for 1.3
-Target is now free/transfer
-Some memory optimizations (400kb to 160kb)
-Fixed a possible group bug where the name was to long for the menu resulting in an overflow.
-All scripts are now compiled as mono.
This is a continuation of my free target (available at https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/bs-Target-10/5390066). It is designed to help gun makers see all the information they might need to test their creations as well as help gun users see differences in their various purchases.

Cannot ask for more for free. I don't get the Skins button, a small matter. Very pleased.
(Almost) Perfect.
Worked well for my purpose. Does give an error on rez, though:
"[bs] Target+ 1.3: Too many HTTP requests too fast. (Set HTTP_VERBOSE_THROTTLE, FALSE in the parameters to hide these messages.)"
