That are animated circles in the water. You can put this very nice animations in your waterfall or in the fountain or in the lake or in the swiming pool or in the IW sea...so...wherever there is water...

This is such a cool thing...makes VERY realisting moving circles in the water. Really helps with the realism in waterfalls and fountains.
I made a mistake an purchased this item thinking it was a scripted water event but what you get are prims with an animated water for the circles and a flat prim with a texture on it. This should be free as build samples not a product. There is nothing special about these objects. Do not buy this, the script is obtainable for free in your library as well as the texture.
Do not pay for this. There are free items about building that are worth more.
Beautifully done, the ripples are very realistic and VERY easy to use. Well done :)
