This is the Demo only. You will get a rezzer to place it on your sim. You will need about 48x48m to place it. It comes in pieces and will delete itself after some time, because it is the demo.

The full version includes also a rezzer, a notecard with instrucions and some useful textures if you want to retexture the inner shop part.

You can use it in fullsize for your sim or as a mainstore. It has only good looking upper parts, no appartements with this pricing included.

Because it comes in separate parts and will be mody (full version, not this demo). This means, you can reuse parts of the building for your own purposes, also reuse the inner shop and or the doors for any other building or fair booth etc.

Some windows are lit, so when the sun goes down on your sim and the building gets dark, the windows are bright.
Also the lamps inside are lit and give your shop the needed light at night.
