Each texture variation was baked specifically for the Bertram Armchair (Mesh), so you need to purchase the armchair for it to work properly. The textures WILL NOT WORK on any other mesh, sculpty or prim, so please use it ONLY if you have purchased the Bertram Armchair Mesh!

By purchasing and downloading any of my Full Perm product, you are agreeing to the following terms and limitations:

You CAN include, distribute and sell estatica products ONLY as integrated parts of a larger object or form.

You CANNOT sell estatica products with full perm permissions. You can sell them as part of your product, which must be Copy, Modify, NO Transfer or No Copy, Modify, Transfer.

You CANNOT sell separately, distribute, re-market or duplicate any of my work as a stand alone product. As stated above they can be included in larger projects as integrated components of a larger build (such as a building or a mesh with animations).
