El Cuco is a Hispanic myth equivalent to the boogeyman. It is a way to scare children into sleeping and behaving. Generally it is considered to be a formless being that can not be described but many instances it is associated with the cuckoo clock. In this version El Cuco has taken on the form of a birds skull.
This was once available as the gift for the Fall 2010 Twisted hunt. That version has a Twisted Box inside of each eye. The Twisted Box was removed for the retail version.
