Splendid houseboat for lovers of the genre or for those who love to live on the sea, also ideal for residential homes or for holidays on the sea.

composed of:
- 1 large hall at the entrance with fireplace and panoramic windows.
- internal staircase leading to the upper floor.
- 1 bedroom, with fireplace and panoramic windows.
- large private terrace which can be accessed from the bedroom.
the fireplaces are activated and deactivated by means of a special remote control positioned above them.
- lighting system controlled by a switch located at the entrance (ON / OFF).
- glass darkening system placed at the entrance (0% = darkened / 50% = medium transparency / 100% = maximum transparency).

chimney operation:
- a left button click, turns on and off.
- a long left click, you access the menu where you can change some parameters of the fireplace (flame height, color, etc ..)

all doors are fully functional with manual and automatic closing.

INCLUDING SCRIPT FOR OPENING / CLOSING DOORS, LIGHTS, GLASS DARKERS AND FIREPLACES OPERATION.

Splendida casa galleggiante per gli amanti del genere o per chi ama vivere sul mare, ideale anche abitazione residenziale o per le vacanze sul mare.

composto da:
- 1 ampio salone all'ingresso con camino e vetrate panoramiche.
- scala interna che porta al piano superiore.
- 1 camera da letto, con camino e vetrate panoramiche.
- ampio terrrazzo privato al quale si acceda dalla camera da letto.
i camini si attivano e disattivao tramite apposito telecomando posizionato sopra di essi.
- impiato di illuminazione controllato da interruttore posto all'ingresso (ON/OFF).
- sistema oscuramento vetrate posto all'ingresso (0% = oscurata / 50% = media trasparenza / 100% = massima trasparenza).

funzionamento camino:
- un click tasto sinistro, accende e spegne.
- un click prolugato tasto sinistro, si accede al menù dove si possono cambiare alcuni parametri del camino (altezza fiamma, colore, etc..)

tutte le porte sono perfettamente funzionanti con chiusura manuale e automatica.

INCLUSO SCRIPT PER APERTURA / CHIUSURA PORTE, LUCI, OSCURATORE VETRATE E FUNZIONAMENTO CAMINI.
