Priced just right for me!
It was a tough decision between two cafes that Kao/iTuTu makes and I have to say that paying a little more for the newer one was so worth it! Just like another review has mentioned, customizing this building is -easy-, which makes this cafe a good match for just about any parcel size close to it. I wanted to make a room just a little larger and there was no trouble in doing that whatsoever! It is so great to be able to see the moon and stars right above you at nights in this very cozy building. I have been editing and decorating all throughout the night and finally feel like I found the right building. :) I've been through several and although they were great, they didn't suit the vibe I was going for like this one does.
Having back-doors was a very huge plus for me, too. I spent hours sifting through structures that lacked in back-doors and not only did this include them, I can customize them!
If you want to see the demo, the current URL they have listed only takes you to the main store area, but if you look into their marketplace for the "Ex-Cafe" that they also sell, the URL listed on that page takes you directly to -all- the demos, including an identical version of this 2010 Cafe!
Beautiful and easy to modify
I purchased this build for my mainstore. Lovely textures, easily modifiable and you can't beat the price.. amazing deal.
