MESH WARNING:
This item is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.
Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
Item is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your item and enjoy it :)

Use this on all my sims very low land impact. Love ❤️ this island a must have
Great low prim mesh island
I bought it some time ago and have been using it for a while. I love how low prim this is. I've bought many mesh islands but only this one can stretch to 64x64 and only end up at 8li/1 prim, others increase significantly. It has several textures too, some can be improved, as they may look a bit blurry when you zoom in, but at a distance they look really great, and I don't always look at the ground anyway, so it's ok for me. Just a warning if you do delete the scripts, the texture goes back to a plywood texture. But the textures are in the object contents so you can just drag those in your inventory and apply them. It's also easy to use other textures on it too, and it looks fantastic. I use it as base for my house, and my store platform. Can't beat the low land impact and the price too. Thanks for making this, and I hope you make more low land impact mesh islands.

You can change to different textures (grass, sand, rock). Fits my parcel perfectly to make a good island.
Totally disappointed and needs fixing
Had it in my wishlist - was gifted, and the textures are blurry. Not only that, but when you finish choosing and "delete scripts" it turns into a non textured platform, reminding me the yellow SL box original wooden texture.
Will update my review if this gets fixed, and the textures as well, or probably I ask too much for the price.
