The items look cute: BUT:

The seller states the following rights: MAPS AND TEXTURES ARE FULL PERM! YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE ITEM IN YOUR OWN NAME USING YOUR OWN PRIMS.

Most will read this as a CC0: "CC0 enables scientists, educators, artists and other creators and owners of copyright- or database-protected content to waive those interests in their works and thereby place them as completely as possible in the public domain, so that others may freely build upon, enhance and reuse the works for any purposes without restriction under copyright or database law."
I usually go when reading FULL PERM for CC BY 4.0, but that's just my personal way.

I bought the kit smiling for what a nice stick I will get, made 10 years ago, and then I read in the notecard:
You do not have my permission to alter them and then sell as your own works, this also means turning them into mesh DEA files uploading them and reselling them as your own work ...
you are welcome to down load them and change them, but are still not allowed to sell them even changed as a texture or sculpt maps, but you can use them in your own builds ...
you do not have permission to take them into other worlds, as of 6/6/2012 i no longer allow my sculpts or textures to be used anywhere other then Second life.

This all is stated after I bought them which contradicts the deal. That the examples given are no trans is fine. I don't speak on the samples. It is not a big deal, this creation is not so difficult to build from scratch, but that is a developer kit for to save time, right?

No to re-sell the items in a box to make profit in SL by rebranding a kit is a matter of personal choice and of course a bad doing. That is not my point a commercial use.
