kai. QYOP pants & polo shirt - DEMO

I spend three grand when I notice more than one issues. I tell the seller that the stuff is good except for these flaws. Kai laughs and says he didn't make the clothes for this pose and pretends he didn't hear the other issue. He also says he doesn't have time to deal with it now because he has more important things to do. A downer at this point but I just ask him if he intends to fix the clothes, especially the pants and shirt that are going through each other.
From there he tries to get away with telling the we need to try a demo before we make a purchase. I try to explain to him that he is responsible for the mistakes in his product, especially at the level and price Kai tries to represent. He could have easily gotten a good review if he had handled the situation properly like.. acknowledging it and making a casual promise to fix it one day would have been enough. Nop. I hate nothing more than when a customer is made to look stupid after leaving their money somewhere, it's pretty disgusting behaviour.
