mediterranean bungalow

1 mediterranean (southern France) very comfortable bungalow, all on one floor. Traditional build with wooden shutters yet a modern vibe.

I built this bungalow first for myself in the idea of drawing a plan of what my ideal home would be in real life.

The included full version (262 prims) features a large garage and is 40 X 20 meters. A smaller version without garage is also included in the pack for those who have a smaller plot of land, and is 247 prims and 31 X 20 meters only.

The bungalow features stylish & useful adds on like sculpted bath and toilet accessories, 1 furnished shower-room, 1 furnished bathroom ensuite with the master bedroom and one fitted kitchen. The frontroom also features a large chimney.

In addition, the bungalow has a guest bedroom, a dressing contiguous to the master bedroom, a larder with fridge and washing machine, a separate toilet, and a small office room.

Both versions have a large terrace at the back.

Textures, especially doors and interior walls, are sober and classic, in short quite neutral. but you can customize it to your own tastes, it's modify & copy.

Sorry guys, taps are not scripted with running water...main bath contains water though, and a nice relaxing single pose :)

warning : if you ever get the house appearing with "no modify" in your inventory, please just ignore it and rezz it, once rezzed you can modify it without any problem !
