Because calling this "mesh" and not showing a detailed enough picture to see that the bottles are just textures on flat panels is a pretty deceptive way to go. If you aren't intentionally trying to sucker people in, you are at the very least failing to be clear about the listing. One star is, frankly, being generous. Even the textures on the bottles are pretty cheesy.
