I had to come and get this little beach house after being delighted with the larger version the L shaped this home is a nice light roomy build ideal as a starter single user/coupe home or as I stand in the 1 room version I see it being dance venue pool house endless possibilities I think even a great renter is you know scripting to put locks on it :) don't hesitate it's well worth the Lindens and these builds texture beautifully 10 stars builder our group all love these
