Tintable windows and rezzed with animated sculpted blinds. Upper floor doors tintable separatly.

The house itself is 294 prims (319 on rez with blinds).
25 animated blinds (fold/unfold by clicking) are rezed but they are separate from the build and can be deleted.

Built in teleporter to save space.
