There is no stairs in the house! The delivery contains a box with permissions open source TP from Nexus Industries. This is added to be used for TP between the main room and the loft but it can be used for all TP purposes on your land. It is not added to the building by default because it might be interfering with in sim already installed teleport systems. It also allow you to youse your already in place system instead.
