I purchased the shoes and the StyleMode HUD to color them, but the HUD does not work without the old, unavailable, TheMeshproject body. I am only out $1, but it seems like that should be disclosed.
Fair but not perfect
I do understand why these are L$1. They look pretty good, and yes, the colours are changeable through the StyleMode HUD once you are wearing the shoes. There is one tiny defect though, and that is a slight clipping of the top of the foot through the edge of the top of the shoe, on both feet. You have to zoom to see it, but it is definitely there, and remains the same at all foot sizes from 0 to 100. If one of the colours had been a pink, I would have been even happier, hee hee. But yeah, nice shoes with a tiny defect.

Ok. I was miffed when I saw no enclosed HUD and only white shoes. Then I read a review. Open the style mode HUD and you'll see a pair of shoes next to the foot icon (while wearing them). Click the shoe and you can style them to color.
Use the standartd TMP Style Hud
It comes indeed without a HUD but as far as i can see, it works with the standard TMP Style HUD to change colors.. there are 5 colors in the normal TMP HUD, as pictured, just not another HUD..
