Hi here's a luxury version of me skybox platform. There are 8 ground textures and 4 background textures. There is a fifth background texture which is blank or invisible. The TREE background is an alpha texture blending into the sl sky
Size is 29m x 49.5m. Yes copy and yes mod so you can unlink and resize at will.
Menu driven background changer. Menu driven ground changer. Just click the ground or the background for the menu to appear
The ground textures are 2 lawns, 3 meadows, sand, water and a grid for when building or rezzing.
The background textures are trees, hills, lakes, farm and invisble ( blank)

Perfect for my needs
I had a gorgeous skybox, but unfortunately none of the parcels I looked at had the right dimensions for a 40 x 40. All of the 1600 sq m parcels are sized 30 x 53. I still wanted a skybox and this platform fit the bill perfectly for the shape and size. You can choose the background and the ground cover with a simple click on the ground or sides. The sky is still open so you'll have make sure there are no other objects close by or above you, but this is simple just by adjusting the height. I'm very happy and was able to construct my own space bigger and better.
