Yes, LI 15 is quite heavy, but this seems to be a rather old item and it's more than OK at this price for this little cute structure ! Especially love the rainbow-colored windows !

Main cube is 5m x 5m x 5m and complete footprint is approximately 8.5m x 6m at 6.5m height.

CAUTION: after freezing, there should be TWO items: the "house" at 13LI and a "phantom part" at 2LI. DO NOT LINK THESE ! Otherwise the phantom part will lose it's "phantomness" and you can't enter the house any more ! That's probably the issue that others have decribed here !

Again - wonderful design for only L$5 !!!

Externally, the house looks very good. BUT there is a problem.
Unfortunately, you can't enter this house. While there is a RES BOX, you can go inside the house. But as soon as you complete the RES BOX and remove the box from the ground, you can no longer enter the house. Very sorry.

Had no issues walking inside and it works well for my beachy forestry theme. is not phantom at all. well worth more than the price of 5L
