The LandLord has a 33.5x33.5 meter footprint.
The 142 prim Grand House features a grand living area and two spacious bedrooms. The house has a spectacular layout with a very beautifull round shaped entrance.
The windows are equiped with functioning shutters and the windows themeself can also open and close. On top of that the windows have a tinting system. The window tinting is controled by touching the topmost wooden part on the rounded wall in the living area. Touching this wood will bring down the menu.
Entrance doors are equiped with acces control.
The whole house is precision textured with high quality textures.
The house is (on top of the wonderful design and details) equiped with Jos Joszpes "advanced scripted mailbox and the Jos Joszpe Doorbel. Each will IM you if there is either a new mail or someone is ringing your doorbel.
You get a round and a square copyable paver / stepping stone with the house, matching the terras texture.
Your landLord will arrive in a rez-box with manuals for everything.
