Not happy for the most part
As a builder and a texture designer, this build is actually crap, invisible one-sided walls, you can't add your own textures without ruining the entire build, the lights are cheap decor, the only thing you can really mod without ruining the build is the pillars. Think twice before buying this overpriced building. It's good if you do not plan on modifying it.

Love this build. I made it into a beach wine club& restaurant on my beach boardwalk. The double layout was perfect for it as well as the lighting which brings the atmosphere together for environment I was envisioning. Absolutely love this creator's designs. This particular build has only confirmed my love of this creator's work. Apart from the amazing textures, lighting Frasha has made editing so much easier with this mesh build - giving options to change the floor textures which I found so helpful as I redesigned inside this building. This commercial building stands proudly on my sim as a resort. Absolutely love this building. If I could give more stars I would! thank you for wonderful products
Everyone is complaining about you not having a redelivery system
We love your products but we hate the fact that you do not have a redelivery system. There is a whole post on facebook where your store has been mentioned and complained about. They have stated that you have poor customer service and refuse to redeliver.
