Wheelchair ramp, Rollirampe, gangway, delivery service ramp with a railing to bridge 2-3 stairs.

You can stretch/scale it larger/wider/longer or smaller/thinner/shorter (see pics). Looking not too bad at all (much larger scale counts plus 1-3 prim-impact).

Stretching height works +/- max.20% with looking ok, so that the bridged height range could be 0,70 - 1,0.

It has 1 mesh-piece (ramp = 2 impact) and a transparent-solid prim for walking base and railing (1 impact). Linked still 2 prims. When linking: Take the transparent as root-prim and set the ramp to "physics shape -> none" after linking.

It is copy and mod with 8 faces, you can rez/doubbling more ramps for a zigzag climbing or/and for your own color-texture-style ideas (always make copies first!).
Comes in the metal-railing-dark-base version. The version with light-grey base results: color white for base, black for railing + low or medium shiny for both parts.
