All sales are final, with the following exceptions:

**TRANFER ITEMS: Send a NC with Transaction Details, The UNOPENED PURCHASE must be returned to us and the purchase price will be refunded
**WRONG ITEMS (human error on my part), please provide a detailed NC containing the transaction details and issue.
