We make items that are extremely efficient. Our builds can then make your SL more efficient with lower prim count!Lets face it...its all about the PRIM COUNT when you have very little to spare, We can make many items that are otherwise up to 40 prims or more, shrink down to one prim in most cases.
WOW !! Less prim in a build means MORE fun for you at significant SAVINGS. Our items wIll pay for themselves in their prim count alone.
We can BUILD almost any heavy prim concept to a lower prim to SAVE you where it counts...prims!

We make furniture low prim, mostly one but some up to three. Also, we have several collections of docks all of a collection fits together in unlimited patterns. Just search "collection" to see our different types of deck and docks. The Five island collections are St Thomas, St Kitt, St Lucia, Martinique, and Barbados. Each of these woods have a little bit of unique character.
New products are always in development.
