I always strive to be accurate in my descriptions of what I have here.

I will never knowingly sell something that has been stolen from another vendor on here.....I either create it myself or source my materials from other reputable sellers and designers.

I try to be specific in the advertising of my goods, but if I have overlooked something - and you are not content with what you have received from me - IM me, or preferably send me a Notecard and we will seek a solution together.

I am unlikely to give refunds on "Copy" items unless the fault lies with me.
