1. Gacha items are transfer only, and will only be trade-able while boxed most of the time. I neither will nor can provide copies if items are accidentally opened, lost, broken, etc. and cannot provide support for these in most cases.

2. When purchasing custom work, payment is up front and I will work with you until you are satisfied with the resulting shape/drawing.
