Welcome to Excalibur Rentals!
We are a family oriented, family owned company who has been in business for well over ten years, so we are pleased you decided to join us!
In Excalibur's early days, dating back to late 2005, we started with only houses. Now we have grown to include property rentals with both commercial and residential lots. We do still have some house rentals, to which one is still rented to one of our first renters who has been with us since 2006.
We rent both estate (island parcels) and mainland types of land. :)
- Policies
All our lands have NO zoning. They may be used for either commercial or residential.
If you decide to upgrade or downsize (based on price), we're very glad to help you at any time. Downsizing needs approval.
Refunds are not offered FOR ANY REASON.
