The following is a list of helpful information regarding RareWare:
1) While my offline IM's do not go to my email, please send a notecard so I may have your concern right in my little hands when I log on.
2) Didn't receive the item you purchased?
In case of missing items in your inventory or failed deliveries, please do the following before contacting me:
Clear cache: Edit> Preferences > Network > Clear cache. Then Apply, ok, and restart SL.
If your items are still missing, please send a nc to ( Lora Amiot) including your transaction information (the purchase log from the sl website), and the name of the item you purchased. The item will be delivered to you as soon as possible.3) Have an issue or complaint?
I am always happy to speak with polite and respectful people who show patience. Being rude and abusive will only get you ignored. So please...don't do it. I am quite busy and most likely will be unable to respond to your message immediately, so please understand that and be patient.
4) A lot of what I offer is mesh based in some form or fashion which means that a current SL viewer or a third party viewer such as Firestorm with mesh enabled features is required to see the mesh properly. I've set out demos for all of the mesh merchandise I offer, so PLEASE try a demo before you buy. There will be absolutely NO refunds.
5) If you are interested in blogging for RareWare, please send a nc with the link to your blog and the feeds your blog reaches and I'll get back with you as soon as I'm able.
6) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO REFUNDS, NO REFUNDS. Again, PLEASE try the demos available.
