PERMISSIONS
Read the product descriptions carefully. Some products come with modifiable scripts and some are copy-able but No Modify. Details of the permissions of each item in the package are clearly mentioned in the product description on Marketplace.

SUPPORT
Minor updates can be done on request either chargeable or free based on the effort required for the change. Full Perm scripts can be purchased on request in a fair price of store owner's choice.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience failed deliveries (Marketplace) please send a notecard with: Avatar name & transaction ID

RESPONSE TIME
We are in a different time zone (SLT +12:30), and real-life commitments may also affect response times.
