S and A Designs specializes in building houses, cottages, castles, mansions, manors, palaces, and role play buildings using high quality textures. We make many styles including goth, vamp, medieval, fantasy, Elven, and Gorean. Our builds include lockable doors and each one has many special features. We use the Jack in the Box rezzer for ease in set up in older builds and rez2 in newest ones.
