Purchase of Parcel allows you full Parcel rights and you are welcome to set your land to your own land group.

After you choose which Parcel you would like, Purchase the land and you will have immediate Parcel rights. You may set the land to your own group to grant rights to your visitors. You may use any of the furnishings already set out on your parcel, or return and use your own. Please keep in mind that our Parcels are purposefully landscaped in order to ensure privacy and enjoyment of your home.
